Real Estate Industry

I had the privilege of working on a new real estate development client's Facebook and Instagram ads. We had a unique opportunity to promote a community lifestyle in St. Augustine that doesn't exist while selling homes that are still only digital renderings. In order to mix sales with community, we created specific ads for each builder while promoting the amenities and features around town.

Pet Service Industry

The pet industry is perfect for social media ads because engagement is typically high. One client I was able to sponsor was looking to promote their newly expanded doggie daycare and boarding facility. Our task was to promote their Grand Opening event while encouraging new pet owners to register for Day Care or Boarding. In addition, we focused on retargeting current clients to utilize their refer a friend program. 

  • Event Promotion - As the facility expansion construction came to a close, we wanted to ensure their grand opening was a hit. I focused on targeting current clients and potential clients in the area to get to know more about the company.

This alternative healthcare company is dedicated to helping relieve joint pain without surgery. They came to us with a problem they didn't even know they had. This company had been running the same ads for over 2 years and their audience was simply over it. I suggested new conversion ads for Make an Appointment and Schedule an Evaluation. We utilized a carousel format and collection format with their informational videos.

With so many ad variations out there, they weren't optimizing their ads properly. This meant less impressions and not nearly as many conversions. We helped them create new variations in addition to a form users may submit directly from their social account.

With a strong presence in South Florida, we wanted to take a different approach to Facebook and Instagram marketing. We focused on weekly offers on AC unit installations and encouraging customers to sign up for their referral program after completed jobs. I also created ads for employee acquisition for a multitude of positions.

An A/V company can be difficult to advertise with social ads, but our focus was unique for this company because two brands merged into one new and improved brand that no one knew about. Page likes and brand awareness were key to get the new company on the map, while later down the road we were able to convert ads to have conversion goals for a more optimized budget.

This was an interesting client to work on as their main goal was to get people into their stores, where all other clients were directing traffic to a website. While we can create Store Reach campaigns, it's hard to attribute customers to the ads. I then suggested building their relevance through Page Likes and Brand Awareness so customers knew just what their company was all about.
